#presantationanxiety

The book, winning body language by Mark Bowden is really quite a piece.
I got some points on #presantation anxiety from there. I must say I am one nervous person when it comes to crowds. Four is not a crowd for me, two is! I mean my heart throbs, and if I was a sweating person beads of sweat would just be dropping down my face.
Did you know that when the body senses any form of anxiety it prepares itself for attack or against attack?
#animalinstinct
The next time you're watching someone give a speech look out for the following: hands down by the side, crunched stomach, hunched back, narrowed eyes, repetitive side to side movement. Look out for speakers who face the door or window (this is in preparation for exit if the crowd attacks) drooping hands below
the waist aid in movement, swinging hands facilitate motion.

The BIG DONT, "DROPPING YOUR HANDS"

you've probably seen them, those presenters who just stand still motionless, hands down. Standing still or frozen is a human way of playing dead, naturally the body takes the arms down position as resting and so will your audience. A low tone is just but a lullaby, note its not the bed time story that sends one to sleep but the voice tonality. Try it! When starting a new paragraph in a bed story, start with a rather medium brown then at the end lower your tone. Its like hypnosis, relaxing and very calm.

Next time we'll focus on #truthplane

Wonder where to look

Everyone has become a cook

Cooking up a broth

Spicing it till it produces a froth

Blubber blubber blubber

Chatter chatter chatter

Hiss hiss hiss

Psst psst psst

Judging and condemning

Are you perfect brother?

Hush! Hush now

Enough of that

What of your book?

Pages so dirty!

Obnoxious in all pages

Yet you hide

Behind a mask

Shut up! Will you?

Just to let you know

My foolishness I forgave

It was all a bluff

Don’t stay locked man!

Free yourself

Hide no more

Wadding in a muddy swamp

Mad so black…

Blacker than coal

MUTHONI NYAGA

When the sun is all bright

All is going to be all right

Holding me with a might

Runs away every fright

A grip so tight

That even by the night

When gone is the light

Still at His sight

Assured me than a times eight

That He is going to fight

Yes, I know it’s all right

Wind though it blows

Mind never bows

Bound are the vows

Dried be the land, my sail still rows

Moistened not be the earth, my fountain still flows

Darkened be the days, heart still glows

Whispered that though sharp the claws

Sharpened are His, than mightiest paws

Awed, He has in daily dawns

Victored assurance by the trumpet blows

Anchored ship, in storm not sways

MUTHONI NYAGA

If you are that darling

Thats so charming

That makes me smile

When days are bitter as bile

If you are that dear

Then you wouldn’t dare

Leave me so bare

You’d look into my eyes

Though cold as ice

And tell me the sky is no longer blue

Was just a speck so easily you blew!

Was just another kiss

That you wouldn’t miss

Was just another play

Like an ordinary day

If you are the sweetest

One and only greatest

Then you’d whisper

Wouldn’t have to titter

                                                                                   Wouldn’t have to die

For so many a lie

For you like them all

With their ego standing so tall

Picking every other flower

To be your follower

Counting the dates

As you head to Hades

I, would look into your eyeball

So true in your heart tell you all

Your words tell to the wind

Lest you lose your mind

For they are like a modeless song

That one wouldn’t listen for long

MUTHONI NYAGA

Throughout this while, I wait

For promises to fulfill, I wait

Though no sunshine, I wait

And the smile faded, I wait

And the blows raining, I wait

The wounds bleeding, I wait

The heart aching, I wait

The soul searching, I wait

For that titter a joy, I wait

Even though a minute, I wait

My grave digging, I wait

Watching you plucking, I wait

Every other flower, I wait

And the tears drying, I wait

In my pillow soaking, I wait

And my eyes reddening, I wait

And the scars forming, I wait

Earnestly praying, I wait

That this spell be broken, I wait

I daily hope, that your touch, I wait

Be a touch, a blow blown I wait

By the winds, I wait

Hear your tender words, I wait

Not your din ringing, I wait

For you to stand, I wait

For good and for bad, I wait

In sickness and in health, I wait

In poverty and wealth, I wait

“You to be mine”, I wait

“Forever mine”, I wait

“And only mine”, I wait

Till death does us apart, I wait

Throughout this while, I wait
For promises to fulfill, I wait
Though no sunshine, I wait
And the smile faded, I wait
And the blows raining, I wait
The wounds bleeding, I wait
The heart aching, I wait

For that titter a joy, I wait
Even though a minute, I wait
My grave digging, I wait
Watching you plucking, I wait
Every other flower, I wait
And the tears drying, I wait
In my pillow soaking, I wait
And my eyes reddening, I wait
And the scars forming, I wait
Earnestly praying, I wait
That this spell be broken, I wait
I daily hope, that your touch, I wait
Be a touch, a blow blown I wait
By the winds, I wait
Hear your tender words, I wait
Not your din ringing, I wait
For you to stand, I wait
For good and for bad, I wait
In sickness and in health, I wait
In poverty and wealth, I wait
“You to be mine”, I wait
“Forever mine”, I wait
“And only mine”, I wait
Till death does us apart, I wait
